2025 has been a milestone year for ASG Power, with multiple groundbreaking projects demonstrating our expanding capacity to support large-scale, high-urgency OEM needs in rapidly growing sectors. We’ve continued to prove our ability to provide unique, rapidly scalable custom engineering and system development solutions that meet urgent customer timelines.
2025 Project Highlights
BESS Next-Generation Platform Expansion
Our client produces proprietary battery energy storage systems for large-scale, long-duration applications including solar and wind power. In 2025, our client significantly increased demand for its next-generation platform, doubling the number of units shipped in 2024.
In order to meet this rapid growth in demand for a key subassembly we produce, we expanded our production space and added a second shift, finding operational efficiencies and achieving rapid scaling that doubled our output in half the time. As part of our efforts toward achieving operational efficiencies, our engineering team was instrumental in design development for the key subassembly. Even with continual design changes and increase in throughput, we succeeded in maintaining a strong standard of quality for our customer.
Our work on behalf of this client in 2025 demonstrated our ability to quickly scale production, reallocate resources and invest in design development to meet urgent customer timelines.
Custom UPS and System Support
Another client develops and manufactures long-duration, multi-day energy storage systems using batteries designed to address the intermittency of renewable energy sources. Earlier this year, they were searching for a unique UPS solution for their application, and were unable to find an off-the-shelf UPS that met their technical requirements.
ASG Power engineered a fully custom design, specifically tailored to support the client’s system architecture. With this project, we were able to demonstrate our capability for engineering innovation, providing a unique solution where a commercial product did not exist.
Humidifier Control Panel Development
This client manufactures large-scale fuel cell power plants to generate electricity for the grid, power buildings and capture carbon from industrial emissions for reuse or storage. They required a precise, application-specific design for an advanced control system, and turned to ASG Power for the solution.
We provided custom engineering and system development to meet our client’s performance and integration requirements, showcasing our strength in niche engineering and advanced control solutions.
Custom Power Cable Solutions
This ASG Power client develops and provides a range of power generation technologies and solutions, from gas turbines to energy storage systems and digital solutions, to help customers transition to lower-carbon energy.
With AI generating unprecedented power demand in 2025, , the client required high-volume, custom power cables to meet the challenge. They’ve looked to ASG as a trusted partner during this time of growth and have made investments to scale with them as grow to support their demand.
We built custom cable solutions designed to meet the client’s rigorous specifications and delivered them at speed and scale. Once again, we demonstrated an unmatched ability to support large-scale, high-urgency OEM needs in sectors experiencing explosive growth.
ASG Power 2025 Milestones
Record Revenue Achievement
In 2025, ASG Power reached its highest revenue in company history, achieving a 50% increase over 2024. We can attribute this growth to the trust we have earned in the market and our ability to demonstrate operational scalability to meet growing customer demand.
Team Growth
This year we grew and strengthened our engineering, production and quality capacity, expanding headcount from 24 to 37 employees in order to support rapid scale.
New UL 891 Certification
Receiving our UL 891 Certification allows us to deliver certified switchboards, opening new market opportunities and further ensuring quality and adherence to the highest safety standards.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
In 2025, we were proud to earn ISO 9001:2015 Certification for quality management systems (QMS). Our world-class quality systems consistently provide products and services to satisfy regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
Quality Process Enhancements
Our ongoing goal is to enhance our ability to respond quickly and effectively to growth and challenges in the industries we serve. In order to improve efficiency and further guarantee consistency and long-term reliability, this year we rolled out 5S lean manufacturing initiatives, adopted Kaizen practices for continuous process improvement and developed advanced quality metrics.
Website Update & Expansion of Digital Presence
2025 saw the launch of an updated ASG Power website and an upscaled investment in B2B communications through LinkedIn and on our blog, helping to strengthen our brand presence, reputation for subject matter expertise and relationships with our customers and the industries we serve.
A Power Look for a Power Brand
With an eye to current and future growth, this year we added “power” to our brand name and introduced a refreshed logo to better reflect our identity as the go-to supplier for customers engineering the future of power.
Welcoming New Partners to the ASG Community
We grew relationships with a number of suppliers in 2025, including:
- Socomec: We provided valuable partnership for DC disconnects supporting the renewable energy market. We were uniquely positioned given our strong alignment with energy-transition applications and custom integration needs.
- Amphenol: In 2025, we expanded our relationship with Amphenol to incorporate specialized electrical components, leveraging our expertise in integrating premium connectors and assemblies into complex builds.
- Nvent/Hoffman: Expanding on our long-standing relationship with Hoffman / nVent with the development unique solutions for Renewable Energy & Data Center applications.
- T&B (Thomas & Betts): Our partnership with T&B is focused on Ty-Duct and compression lug solutions and based on ASG Power’s capability to enable cleaner, more efficient and code-compliant power system builds.
