From UL-certified control panels to custom cable assemblies and EBOS equipment, the ASG Power team builds to exacting standards that ensure safety, compliance and long-term reliability. We have more than two decades of manufacturing expertise, assembling every system in our Rocky Hill, CT, facility to give you full traceability, fast response times and quality assurance you can count on.
Quality and reliability start with design for manufacturability. Our engineers and technicians collaborate early to simplify production, reduce rework and support consistent inspection and test results from prototype through production runs.
We support two engagement models based on where you are in the product lifecycle:
Design Engineer Manufacture is an integrated approach that combines R&D support, engineering and in-house manufacturing under one lifecycle partner. ASG can help translate requirements into build-ready documentation, optimize designs for manufacturability and validate performance through defined inspection and test steps. Support continues through production, revisions and ongoing technical assistance.
Contract manufacturing is the process of building an already-engineered product to your released design package, typically including drawings, schematics, bill of materials and test requirements. ASG can provide manufacturability feedback, controlled build execution and documented inspection and testing aligned with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Our 5S-trained teams reinforce consistent workflows, safe work areas and continuous improvement across production.
