ASG is a design-build provider of custom power distribution / industrial automation controls and hazardous rated cable assembly products to OEMs and end users. Serving industry for over 20 years, we are dedicated to manufacturing high-end products that meet required NEC, UL and IPC certifications of safety and workmanship.

Our History

Founded in 2000, ASG started out as the contract manufacturing Division of HESCO (Hartford Electric Supply Company) building custom automation controls / variable frequency drive cabinets and hazardous rated power and data communication cable assemblies. We supported local OEMs, and the end user markets.

In 2017 we began offering design-build engineering services and integrating more custom power distribution within our core product areas which led to working with new OEM’s. Our customer base is diversified with the bulk of new business coming from the Alternative Energy market.

Today our design-build efforts focus on custom products for OEM’s and specialized ASG products for EPC’s and others. This move has expanded our UL certifications which is the core to ASG providing safe and reliable long-term solutions.

ASG/HESCO is a third-generation family-owned business.
